Eslam Saif El-Nasr -إسلام سيف النصر

Born in Cairo in 1999, Eslam Saif El-Nasr holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, 2022. He began his career as an instructor for drawing and photography, then moved to work as a visual artist as he was preoccupied with philosophical and artistic ideas that needed continuous experimentation.

He participated in a number of group exhibitions and competitions, including the Farouk Hosni Competition and the Youth Salon, and won the Salon Prize for Photography in its 34th edition.

Eslam is always motivated by the idea of rediscovering and defining artistic and human concepts in general, as he believes that every generation should have the right to live life and shape the world according to its vision, and to practice working with art as ideas of generalization and stereotyping of the forms of human life and the nature of the artistic work prevail.

Through various mediums, Eslam expresses these thoughts through topics that have a social nature that he sees conflicting and contradictory. He does not classify his work or attributes it to a specific artistic school, as the idea and experience are more important to him than the final product.

 مواليد القاهرة عام ١٩٩٩، حصل على بكالوريوس الفنون الجميلة عام ٢٠٢٢. بدأ إسلام العمل بالفن كمحاضر لورش الرسم والتصوير ثم انتقل للعمل كفنان تشكيلي لانشغاله بأفكار فلسفية وفنية تحتاج للتجريب المستمر.

شارك في مجموعة من المعارض الجماعية والمسابقات كمسابقة فاروق حسني وصالون الشباب وحصل على جائزة الصالون للتصوير في دورته ال ٣٤.

إسلام متحفز دائما بفكرة إعادة اكتشاف وتعريف المفاهيم الفنية والإنسانية بشكل عام حيث يرى انه يجب أن يكون لكل جيل حقه في ممارسة الحياة وتشكيل العالم حسب رؤيته وكذلك ممارسة العمل بالفن، في الوقت الذي تسود فيه أفكار التعميم والتنميط لأشكال حياة الإنسان وكذلك طبيعة العمل الفني، من خلال الوسائط المتنوعة يحاول التعبير عن هذه الأفكار بموضوعات لها طابع اجتماعي يراه متضارب ومتناقض. فهو لا يصنف أعماله أو ينسبها لمدرسة فنية معينة حيث إن الفكرة والتجربة هي الأهم بالنسبة له من المُنتج النهائي.
