Mona Omar – منى عمر
Egyptian sculptor who was born in 1990. She received her MA from the Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University. She currently works as a teaching assistant in the Department of Tridimensional Expression at the Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University.
In 2015, she participated in the exhibition of the Embassy of Serbia at the Faculty of Art Education, and the exhibition of Guernica “2 at the Society of Fine Arts Lovers. She also participated in Dai gallery’s special exhibition in 2018. In 2019, she held her solo exhibition ‘Vanishing’ at Etigah Hall, The Palace of Arts.
She has participated in several contests, including Atyaf contest “2 and Adam Henein Sculpture competition in 2019.
In 2018, she received the Encouragement Award from the 28th Youth Salon.
فنانة مصرية ولدت عام ١٩٩٠، وحصلت على درجة الماجستير في التربية الفنية من جامعة حلوان. تعمل حاليًا مدرسة مساعدة بقسم التعبير المجسم – كلية التربية الفنية – جامعة حلوان
شاركت عام ٢٠١٥ في معرض سفارة صربيا بكلية التربية فنية، ومعرض جورنيكا “٢” بجمعية محبي الفنون الجميلة، كما شاركت عام ٢٠١٨ في معرض بقاعة ضي، وفي عام ٢٠١٩ أقيم لها معرضًا فرديًا بعنوان “تلاشي” بقاعة أتجاه قصر الفنون
كان لها مشاركات في عدة مسابقات منها، مسابقة أطياف “٢”، ومسابقة آدم حنين لفن النحت عام ٢٠١٩
حصلت علي الجائزة التشجيعية من صالون الشباب ٢٨ عام ٢٠١٨
